    We were short handed this weekend- so we didn’t save gizzards. But we should be able to next weekend…then back to Salem on 9/13. Please call if that works for you!

    Hello,
    I am teaching a Harvesting and Preservation class for the Cascade Culinary Institute and would love to bring out my class if you do tours and or teach folks to butcher chickens. I grew up on a farm in Illinois butchering chickens, but students would benefit from a hands-on experience and learning current methods, equipment and regulations along those lines.     Yep. We sell soup stock for $2.50/lb. These are chicken carcasses…

    Hello Trucks! I took some to the Salem Saturday Market a couple of weeks ago….but I bet their gone. When we fire up next year we get more over the hill.
